📦 سياسة الشحن والتوصيل (Shipping Policy)

1. نطاق الشحن

حالياً، يتوفر الشحن داخل جمهورية مصر العربية فقط.

نعتذر عن توفير الشحن الدولي في الوقت الحالي.

2. مدة التوصيل

يتم تجهيز الطلبات اليدوية خلال 1-3 أيام عمل.

يستغرق الشحن والتوصيل عادةً من 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل، حسب المحافظة والمنطقة.

3. تكاليف الشحن

أسعار المنتجات المعروضة لا تشمل مصاريف الشحن.

يتم حساب مصاريف الشحن وتظهر لكِ بشكل تلقائي عند إتمام عملية الدفع (Checkout) بناءً على عنوان التوصيل.

4. تتبع الطلب

بمجرد شحن طلبك، ستصلكِ رسالة تأكيد عبر البريد الإلكتروني تحتوي على تفاصيل الشحن لمتابعة حالة الطلب.

We currently ship within Egypt only.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location/governorate.

3. Shipping Costs

Product prices do not include shipping fees.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
